Valcyte   - is a strong antiviral drug designed to treat herpesvirus (EBV/HHV-6) infections. Dr. Montoya created a huge splash in the chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS) community when he announced a small Valcyte trial had cured many of the ME/CFS patients participating, some of whom had been ill for many years and were quite disabled.. (These patients had to have high levels of both HHV-6 and EBV infection).
